This course was designed for professionals who use English in HR in order to interact with their foreign employees and visiting experts. This course offers specific guidance for interpersonal communication in the Human Resources department and a wide range of situations demonstrating the most suitable speaking-strategies.

- Recruitment: job characteristics, personnel acquisition, job applicants
- Relationship between employees, contractual language, composing offers, letters of refusal, contracts and disciplinary procedure
